There are times when you don't need expedited service, but you do need the assurance of a guaranteed delivery.
Our guaranteed services feature:

We offer four easy-to-use cost-efficient options based on our published transit time dates:

How to use our guaranteed services
- Contact your local Estes Account Manager to sign up for a Guaranteed Select Account or download the Guaranteed Select Account Agreement [pdf].
- You will receive an information packet with a supply of Guaranteed stickers for each service level.
- For guaranteed delivery by 5 p.m., attach the appropriate sticker to your shipment's Bill of Lading and arrange for the shipment to be picked up by 5 p.m.
- For delivery by 12 p.m., 10 a.m. or a customized time/date, call 800-645-3952. You will receive a reference number to identify your shipment. Clearly write the number on the applicable sticker and apply it to the driver’s copy of the Bill of Lading.
Note: If a Guaranteed shipment is collect or third party, please list the person that authorized the shipment on the Bill of Lading.
