Q: Which web browsers do you support?

Q: Which screen resolution should I use to view your website?

Q: What are cookies?

A: Cookies are text files that are stored on your web browser when you visit certain websites. These files often contain information such as preference settings and log-in information. In order to use My Estes, cookies must be enabled on your web browser.

Q: How can I change my browser setting to enable cookies?

A: It depends on which web browser and operating system you are using. See below for basic instructions on how to change the cookie settings in Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers.
Firefox 1.0 (or higher)

Access your cookie settings by following these steps:

  1. Select “Tools” and then “Options” from the tool bar in your browser window.
  2. Choose “Privacy” from menu of options.
  3. Click “Cookies.”
  4. Click “Show Cookies” button to display the stored cookies.
  5. Click the “Exceptions” button to allow or deny specific sites to store cookies on your computer, regardless of the global settings.

Note: By default, cookies are enabled in Firefox.

Internet Explorer 6 (or higher)

Access your cookie settings by following these steps:

  1. Go to “Tools” and then “Internet Options.”
  2. Click on the “Privacy” tab. If your settings show “High” or “Block All Cookies,” continue with steps 3–6.
  3. If your browser is set to “Block All Cookies,” drag the slider down to “High.”
  4. Click on the “Sites” button. (Windows 2000 users click “Edit.”)
  5. In the “Address of Web site:” text box, enter estes-express.com and click the “Allow” button.
  6. Click “Ok” then “Ok” again. This should allow our web site to communicate with your browser properly.
